  • Delivery Estimates: We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option you select.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking: You can track your order using the number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Autotrends currently ships to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at autotrends@yahoo.com or call us at 601-415-1563. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
